Hospital is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join an established traumatology practice in WV. The practice will be conveniently located across the street from the hospital affording easy patient access to a variety of diagnostic ancillary services. Call coverage is 1:5. An 18 million dollar OR renovation includes latest equipment and spacious rooms (8 OR’s) with blocked time available. Your office will be provided E Clinical Works EMR and PACS which is made accessible in the convenience of your home.
The hospital is a full service acute care facility with all specialties offered with the exception of neurosurgery, transplant surgery and open-heart surgery. There is a robust hospitalists program that has been in place for 8 years with 6 hospitalists. Hospital is one of the busiest level III trauma centers in the country with about 50,000 ED visits per year.
